If you follow me on Instagram, you've probably already noticed my biggest obsession and my all time favorite breakfast - SMOOTHIES.

They're quick& easy to make, fresh, relatively healthy and most importantly, delicious. I'm happy to share with you my tips and tricks to a perfect smoothie, and 5 smoothie recipes of my own.

some basic elements I like to include in my smoothies:

I just fit what I have at home to this titles. I use whatever fruit I currently have, bananas which I use to freeze, milk, date for sweetness (if needed) and chia seeds, nut butter or yogurt for some extra protein. Sometimes I add extras, sometimes change a bit, but it is always delicious. All that left is to put everything in a blender and shake it of.

Here are 5 of my favorites smoothies to make. you can adjust this recipes to your likeness, use non-dairy milk, swap the date for honey or just leave it out, you don't have to use chia seeds also (but you should! they taste like nothing and they are super nutritious).
